Inquiries via the form or by email When you contact us, we process your name, company, business email, industry, campaign volume and optional website, launch date and message. Your details are sent encrypted by email to our business mailbox; email is processed via Spacemail (Spaceship, Inc.). No separate inquiry database is kept. To prevent abuse, short-lived signed checks and a keyed IP-related identifier (not stored in plain text, expiring after 15 minutes) are used. Purpose and legal basis Your details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a potential collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or for our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You are not subscribed to any marketing or newsletter. Retention Inquiries are deleted once they have been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
